Team Europe Ltd were privileged to get on board the new Airbus A350 XWB shortly after Finnair had taken delivery. This truly is a beautiful aircraft close up and from afar.
I recently flew business class to Guangzhou on the Boeing 787 and to be honest they have got the business class configuration all wrong. If one is seated at the window seat and the aisle passenger reclines into flat bed mode, I found it very difficult in having to straddle to step over that person, especially with the bulkhead in front. I am relatively young but it would be near impossible for an elderly person to exit with out the aisle passenger having to put the bed back to the seated position.
Now comparing the Airbus A350 configuration they have got it right, with ease of access and entry to your seat whilst in the sleeping and seated mode. I am really looking forward to flying this bird.
The above is only my opinion, experience and observation but Boeing need to address their configuration in Business class.
